The role involves planning and conducting occupational therapy progress while maintaining detailed patient records. The COTA will evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities to set and implement realistic rehabilitation goals.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program and hold a current Ohio license. One to two years of related experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass background and drug screens.
