Job Description

Floor nurse – providing excellence in clinical care At our behavioral health center (an Independent Care Facility or ICF), Nurses play a key role in helping our residents feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their clinical and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, collaboration, and stability in care. Qualifications

Floor Nurse: We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role. What we need from you: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal) New Grads are encouraged to apply Ask us about our Nursing Leadership Academy and AIT training programs.
