• The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.

• Shifts/Hours: This part time role will work two 10-hour shifts
• Monday through
• Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm. Nurses have on call shifts for nights, weekends, and holidays. *Hours and travel are subject to change based on business needs.

2 years of nursing experience required One of the following

• Completion of annual professional contribution selected from department, hospital, or system goals and approved by the Unit Director as set forth through UPMC’s My Nursing Career Ladder UPMC approved nursing certification required and must be maintained. Certification not required if MSN or DNP is held. No degree preference-

• Licensure,
• Certifications, and
• Clearances: Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
