Responsible for preparing the sterile field, assisting surgeons with gowning and gloving, and supporting the surgical team during operations. Additionally, manages department functionality through supply distribution and equipment maintenance.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited surgical technology program, and BLS certification. At least 2 years of recent relevant experience and a surgical technician certification (TS-C, CST, or NRST) are expected.
