The RN is responsible for identifying patient needs through assessment and planning and delegating care accordingly. They must evaluate patient responses to care and remain accountable for outcomes during their assigned shift.
Candidates must be a graduate of a school of nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure and BLS certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care or Emergency Care is strongly preferred.
