• Seeking: Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

Benefits

Full-Time Benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K Match. Referral Bonuses and Employee of the month ($100) and House of the month ($75 /person) Bonuses and merit raises are offered to all staff. All staff receive paid sick leave. Shifts worked between Friday from 6pm- Sunday 11:59pm receive a $0.50 /hour bonus.

Schedule

You must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and alternating weekends.

Training

All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Training is paid.

Pay

• $16.25/hr
• Locations: We have offices in Fort Wayne and Muncie, but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location. As a DSP you would be working in an assisted living residential home, but may be required to transport a client or go with them to an activity in the community.
