The Registered Nurse manages care for patients with chronic wounds, performing initial assessments, charting, and discharge instructions. They act as a direct care professional and case manager to achieve optimum patient outcomes in a safe manner.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or have three years of related professional nursing experience. A valid Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Indiana or via the Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
