As a Certified Medicine Aide, you will: Administer medications to residents accurately and safely under established guidelines Document medication administration and report any changes or concerns promptly Observe residents for side effects, adverse reactions, or changes in condition Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality resident care Follow all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols Provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting residents’ daily needs Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment Communicate clearly with residents and team members
