Salary
$27 - $34 / HOUR
The LPN provides direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of an RN or physician. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical documentation and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure resident well-being.
Candidates must have completed an accredited LPN or LVN program and hold a current, active LPN license. An associate degree is listed as the education level, and previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
