• Candidates with experience in dementia care and the Geriatric population are strongly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care Support compliance with all state and federal regulations Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice ASHA accreditation or equivalent
