What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist, you will

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and functional needs.

Provide evidence-based, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services.

Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, strength training, and functional movement.

Build lasting relationships with patients through consistent care and communication.

Educate patients on their condition, recovery plan, and strategies to maintain long-term health.

Collaborate with your team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Participate in community wellness initiatives and outreach opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, balance training, or strength-based care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping patients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life.
