The Medical Assistant II provides clinical support to physicians by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting during medical visits. They are also responsible for maintaining medical documentation and processing prescriptions and referrals.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED, BLS certification, and be a Certified Medical Assistant. At least 2 years of patient care experience, specifically within a physician's office, is required.
