Treat patients with difficulties in work and daily living activities due to injuries, illness, or disabilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, and providers in acute care and inpatient rehab settings.
Must possess a Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Education meeting certification requirements is required, with AOTA certification and recent clinical experience preferred.
Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the COTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant) will treat patients who have difficulty performing work and daily living activities due to injuries, illness, and disabilities. The OTA will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, nurses, and providers to create the best possible outcome for our patients. This role works in acute care with patients from surgical, medical, intensive care and inpatient rehab.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
