Performs specimen receiving, processing, and patient registration while managing laboratory information systems and billing. Acts as a liaison between the laboratory and medical staff to ensure patient care and safety.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and three years of experience in a laboratory, patient care, or patient business environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including the third shift.

Performs specimen receiving and processing duties, registers patients, enters orders in the computer system, centrifuge specimens, labels and aliquot samples, delivers to test site, stores samples, slides, blocks, etc.
Education/Training High School Diploma or GED equivalency. Licensure/Certification None Experience Three (3) years laboratory, patient care experience, or patient business experience.
