Job description

We are seeking a passionate and team-oriented nutrition professional to support the growth of our Nutrition Department. This is an in-person role. \n\nKey responsibilities include:\nNutrition Assessment: Collaborate with the care team to assess clients’ nutritional needs and provide counseling and education to clients and their families.\nMeal Planning: Work with clients in PHP/RTC programs to develop individualized meal plans that align with their goals and treatment plans.\nMonitoring Intake: Support the tracking of food intake and assist in making adjustments to meal plans as needed for optimal client health.\nTeam Support: Partner with Dietary Technicians (DTRs), Dietary Aides, and Registered Dietitians (RDs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of care.\nCollaboration: Contribute to team discussions and initiatives to improve nutrition services and client outcomes.\nStaff Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on Nutrition, Eating Disorders and MST to enhance team knowledge and practice.\nRegistered Dietitian license (North Carolina) required. \nOne year Experience with/knowledge of eating disorder population preferred.\n\nVery competitive hourly pay\nApply directly at: https://edtranscend.bamboohr.com/careers/260
