What You'll Do Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, interpreting test results as necessary Collaborate with the patient and the patient's family as needed to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress Refer to specialists when appropriate Perform routine health screenings, health maintenance care, annual exams, and work with our quality and coding department for templates and processes. Provide appropriate education, feedback and assessment of care to ensure the safety of patients and their families Other duties as assigned
Active and unrestricted Nevada Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License At least one year of experience working as a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred BLS, NV DEA certification prior to start date Proficiency in EMRs You're great for this role if you have: At least 2 years of experience working as a Physician's Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Internal Medicine, Primary Care or Family Medicine experience Bilingual Spanish
