The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care and develops comprehensive care plans for seniors within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating with outside providers, and providing education to participants and their families.
Candidates must hold a current Kentucky RN license, CPR certification, and have at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations. A valid driver's license, insurance, and up-to-date immunizations are also required.

Senior Community Care of Kentucky is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides general and skilled nursing care to participants, executes interventions in accordance with the plan of care, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant complaints in person and/or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family education and communicates participant’s condition to primary caregivers, physician and care team.
