The CNA provides essential direct care to residents, including assistance with hygiene, dining, mobility, and psychosocial needs. They are also responsible for monitoring resident conditions, maintaining clean household spaces, and documenting care activities.
Candidates must hold a CNA certification from the Virginia Department of Health Professions. CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire.
