The pharmacist is responsible for verifying complex clinical infusion orders and assessing patient profiles to ensure safe, personalized medication therapy. They collaborate with providers on treatment regimens for oncology and non-oncology indications while maintaining compliance with national accreditation standards.
Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist. Required certifications include BLS, and ACLS or PALS must be obtained within one year of hire.
