Requires a Master's Degree in a Human-Services related field and licensure to practice therapy in Idaho and/or Wyoming. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Our dedicated team of licensed professionals utilizes therapeutic methods, including counseling, case management, medication management, and crisis services, to enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele.
Position Overview Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Therapist provides evidence-based treatment services designed to produce desired results. This role requires maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, administrative staff, and community stakeholders. We are seeking candidates for both full-time and part-time positions.
Provide evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy across various modalities. Deliver treatment via individual, couple, child and adolescent, and manualized group treatment. Maintain quality and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care. Participate in clinical supervision and training to develop competence in eight professional practice dimensions. Maintain effective working relationships with the Clinical Director, co-workers, and community stakeholders. Participate in on-call services per HCBH rotation, adhering to defined procedures. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to walk, stand, sit, and use hands. Occasionally, the employee may be required to stoop, crouch, or kneel and exert or lift up to 25 pounds.
