Provide individual, family, and group mental health therapy services. Manage all clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, in compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
Requires a master's degree in social work or human services and a state of Iowa license or progress toward one. Must be physically capable of restraining students when necessary.
Description Provide Individual, Family Therapy, and/or group therapy mental health services Completion of all required documentation in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission Standards: Comprehensive Assessment, Active Treatment Plan, and Suicide Risk assessment completed within 30 days of admission, progress notes within 72 hours of service provision Embed Measurement-Based Care into treatment services with the utilization of PUPS (EHR) and Blueprint. Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.) All other duties as assigned
A master’s degree in social work or human services is required. An individual must have a license from the state of Iowa or be working toward this license post-graduation. It is an essential function of the position that the staff member be capable of physically restraining students when necessary.
