The Adult Therapist facilitates PHP and IOP group therapy sessions and provides individual therapy for adults with mental health and co-occurring concerns. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field is required, along with the completion of a clinical internship. Experience in PHP, IOP, or outpatient behavioral health settings is preferred.
