Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred) Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification Eligibility to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license Physical exam within 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
