Provide physical therapy services to clients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and according to a physician's treatment plan. Maintain professional relationships with clients and their families while utilizing the Epic EHR system for documentation.
Must be a licensed PTA in Michigan with a degree from an APTA-approved two-year college program and at least six months of experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Licensed PTA within the State of Michigan Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Minimum of six months experience under a qualified Physical Therapist. Home health experience preferred Must be able to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the agency’s clients and their families.
