• Care, you will: Report to the Director of Rehabilitation / Therapy and work exclusively with the therapy team to provide knowledge and expertise in delivering appropriate wellness, fitness, and exercise programs. Receive full restorative training provided onsite. No restorative experience necessary, (CNA Certification Required) Assist in the restorative care of patients as directed. Exclusive restorative responsibilities (Ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, active/passive range of motion, dressing/grooming, splint/prosthesis care) with limited or none of the “less desirable” tasks that often accompany a CNA position.

• DUTIES: Assist in patient treatment or set-up, as appropriate, under supervision of licensed therapist and only as determined by state practice acts, federal regulation or payor May provide non skilled service delivery pre or post therapy intervention in accordance with state and federal regulations to support patient progress Participate in treatment location in-service training programs Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks Maintain adequate stock of supplies and equipment Protect patients and employees by adhering to treatment location infection control policies and protocols and keeping information confidential per company and federal requirements. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with treatment location and department procedures, rules and regulations. Ensure proper operation of equipment by complying with company procedures and following manufacturer’s instructions
