Provide administrative and clinical support to the MRI Department, including transcription, scheduling, and receptionist duties. Assist patients and the MRI Supervisor while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and 1 to 2 years of related experience. Candidates must have a working knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and MRI safety precautions.
Under the direction of the MRI Supervisor, the primary purpose is to perform a variety of duties that will require some independent judgment, transcription, patient assistance, receptionist duties, and skill to provide assistance to the MRI Department. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable about MRI and MRI Safety; have experience in MRI Scheduling; and/or be a student currently enrolled in an MRI program.
