The Behavioral Health Therapist provides evidence-based diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. They collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and other support systems.
Requires a Master's degree in a psychotherapy-related field, a valid Wisconsin clinical license, and Medicaid/Health Forward certification. A minimum of three years of direct clinical behavioral health experience is required.
