Assess, monitor, and manage the overall care for cardiac telemetry step-down patients with conditions such as CHF and arrhythmias. Partner with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Requires a New York Registered Nurse license and BLS certification, with a BSN degree preferred or an Associate degree if enrolled in a BSN program. One or more years of experience in Telemetry and proficiency in reading cardiac monitors are preferred.
