Must be currently enrolled in an accredited RN program with at least one clinical term completed, or be a recent graduate awaiting NCLEX results. Requires a Washington State Nursing Technician Registered credential and current BLS/CPR certification.
The Nursing Technician is a student enrolled in a Registered Nurse program at an accredited school and has completed at least one academic term, which included a clinical component or an individual who has completed the Registered Nurse course of study and is awaiting the results of their NCLEX exams. The Nursing Technician is responsible for providing direct patient care applying current health concepts and performing routine duties to the level of academic competence accomplished in the individuals educational program(s) under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. This is an entry level nursing position requiring knowledge, judgment, and skill based upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences. Minimum Requirements: Education/Licenses/Certifications: Current enrolled as a student in accredited school preparing persons to practice as a Registered Nurse and completed at least one academic term which included a clinical component /OR Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing awaiting results of licensing exam for Registered Nurse, but no longer than 30 days past graduation Documentation of current clinical competencies from completed Nursing School course work Current State of Washington Nursing Technician Registered credential Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification FTE: ONCALL, Shift:VARIABLE _, Schedule: _VARIABLE

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.00 - $20.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
