• You’ll Do: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating with the care team and families as needed. Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

• For: Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona. Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/BLS Certification Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work well in a team, supporting both residents and fellow healthcare professionals.
