Summary Provides clinical support, such as training, to assist with standardization of procedures and support of day-to-day staff coverage.
Acts as a resource for other members of the clinical team.
Provides cost-effective patient care under the directions of a LPN, RN, or provider and creates a safe work environment.
Performs clerical/administrative duties associated with medical practice front desk operations under the direction of the Practice Leadership.
Assists in the development, implementation, evaluation, and enforcement of clinic policies and objectives.
Assists management in the investigation and resolution of complaints and problems.
Job Duties Prepares patients and equipment for exams/procedures, prepares medical history collection and medication refills as per protocol, assists with injections and checking vital signs, as well as handling phones with inbound and outbound patient calls.
Covers multiple positions and departments, as well as mentors new and existing staff members on clinical processes and procedures.
