The Registered Nurse is responsible for executing designated care plans through home visits, including medication administration and wound care. They must monitor patient conditions, document interventions using a tablet, and coordinate care with clinical managers and doctors.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Delaware and have at least one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
