Provide direct outpatient and inpatient clinical services in urology, including catheter placement and voiding trials. Collaborate with physicians to manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients per day across four locations.
Must be a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for urology and the ability to work independently. New graduates are welcome, though prior experience in urology is preferred.
Adena Health is seeking a full-time APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a qualified APP who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, who enjoys learning & developing/enhancing skills, and is comfortable with occasional high acuity and/or surgical patients with urgent needs. Travel between 4 locations is required.
As a Urology APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will focus on direct patient care, providing clinical services, both outpatient (seeing an average of 16 patients/day) and inpatient, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include Catheter placement, I & D, and Voiding Trails. The onboarding is thorough, includes mentorship, and training is expected to take 4–6-months.
