The technologist is responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. Additional duties include performing equipment quality control and providing departmental clerical support.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program with a clinical internship and hold a State of NM certificate (ARRT(N), NMTCB, or ASCP(N)). BLS certification is required, and a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience is preferred.
