Performs complete patient assessment.
Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Initiates the Patient Goal/Problem List or Clinical Path on admission.
Develops Plan of Care to support the patient goals and the medical plan of care.
Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
Assures the presence of consent and its documentation for procedures, therapies, and research protocols.
Assures the presence of appropriate supplies to perform the ordered procedure or therapy.
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months
Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license. One year of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are preferred.
