• Include: Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve daily function and independence Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional milestones Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive resident care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, exercises, and home programs Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the therapy department
