Key Responsibilities As a PTA at City View Post Acute, you will help residents improve mobility, function, and independence through skilled therapeutic care.

• Include: Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support resident rehabilitation goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional outcomes Educate residents and caregivers on safety techniques, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs Contribute ideas and support initiatives focused on therapy program quality and innovation Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation and quality care Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally
