Responsible for implementing, directing, and documenting the nursing process according to established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Acts as a patient advocate to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a valid Indiana RN license. CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained within 60 days, and new graduates are welcome.
