The role involves researching, developing, and implementing a Critical Time Intervention program for low-income individuals with serious mental illness. The coordinator will manage complex cases to facilitate transitions from institutional settings to the community.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related human service field and two years of experience in health, behavioral health, human services, or education. Knowledge of adult serious or disabling mental illness symptoms is required.

This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy. This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2026. This position is open until filled with frequent screening of applicants. Most travel will be within normal working hours.
