Manage a clinical caseload by facilitating therapy groups and developing comprehensive treatment and discharge plans. Coordinate patient engagement and care transitions within an Intensive Outpatient Program to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
Requires 3-5 years of experience as a licensed MFT or LCSW in the state of California. Must have strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
Familiarity with acute psychiatric presentations, risk, and safety planning. Experience providing case management in addition to holding a clinical case load of acute adults Proven ability to thrive in milieu-based clinical environments. Previous experience working in an IOP, PHP, crisis residential and/ or in patient psychiatric hospital settings. Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually for 24 hours weekly as a part-time employee.
