Provide high-quality patient care within the Women's Services unit by assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and specialists to ensure safety and optimal health outcomes.
Requires a current state RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a BSN strongly preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of nursing experience and hold BLS and NRP certifications.
Deliver exceptional patient care within your assigned department/unit. Collaborate with the health care team under the guidance of the clinical manager or designee. Adhere to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses. Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Follow established patient care standards for Legacy Health System, including patient assessment and transfer protocols.
What We’re Looking For: Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If you’re working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply! For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.
At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
