The Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care with a focus on health restoration and maintenance. They are responsible for accurately documenting resident care information and promoting unit cohesiveness.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and remain current on the Minnesota State Registry. Basic computer skills and being at least 16 years of age are also required.
*Starting at $18 Winona Senior Services Adith Miller Manor and Roger Metz Manor 0.4 FTE (32 hours a pay period) 2nd Shift 2 pm-10 pm Weekends/Holidays: Every Other
This position exists for the purpose of providing direct resident care with a strong emphasis on geriatrics. Central to this care is the health restoration and maintenance of our resident population. Employees will be able to utilize and interpret the resident plan of care, which includes short and long-term goals. Employees will possess strong communication skills and a strong teamwork approach which serves to enhance resident care, safety, and dignity.
Must be a graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and must remain current on the Minnesota State Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant. At least 16 years of age. Basic computer skills. Word. Patient information database (Cerner, EMR, American Data). Service Requests, Lake Winona Manor Updates.
