Pennsylvania physician roles remain selective

Physician openings in Pennsylvania are often driven by ongoing clinical coverage needs and specialty demand, so competition can be strongest for roles that require board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure or IMLC eligibility, and preferred fellowship or EPIC experience.
