As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will independently assess, insert, and maintain PICC lines, Midlines, and PIVs. You will also perform line declotting and coordinate care with facility healthcare teams.
Candidates must have a current Michigan RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience with proficiency in vascular access procedures. Experience with ultrasound-guided insertion and a background in skilled nursing facilities are preferred.
What You’ll Do As the dedicated Vascular Access expert for the Michigan region, you will: Lead the Procedure: Independently assess, insert, and maintain PICC lines, Midlines, and PIVs using ultrasound guidance. Clinical Maintenance: Perform line declotting and routine care to ensure patient safety and device longevity. Expert Consultation: Note and carry out physician orders while coordinating care needs with facility healthcare teams. Mobile Workflow: Travel to region-based facilities in a provided company vehicle, managing your daily caseload with a high degree of independence.
Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
