This role is ideal for an experienced CNA who is passionate about helping residents maintain independence, improve mobility, and achieve the highest possible level of well-being. Working under the direction of a licensed nurse, you’ll provide restorative care that supports residents physically, emotionally, and mentally making a meaningful difference every day. What You’ll Do Provide restorative nursing care based on each resident’s individualized care plan Assist residents with mobility, strength, and self-care activities Support therapy programs in collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech teams Monitor and report changes in resident condition Document care and progress in the medical record Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and families What We’re Looking For Active CNA certification (North Carolina) 4+ years of long-term care CNA experience preferred Experience with restorative care or rehabilitation support a plus Strong communication and compassion for senior residents Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Pay & Benefits $18.00/hour base pay Additional $2.00/hour for teammates who opt out of benefits
