Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, the LPN contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Collaboration with other members of the healthcare team is essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an approved nursing program are required. Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program and healthcare experience are also necessary.
