Who We’re Looking For: An experienced LCSW passionate about providing counseling services that support an individual’s physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment throughout recovery.

A clinician skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions and resource recommendations that help patients achieve personal, career, and independent living goals in the most integrated settings possible.

A professional who values autonomy, communication, and collaboration to maximize patient outcomes.

A team-oriented clinician who enjoys working alongside a diverse group of providers, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals in the San Francisco area.

PRN Caseload Details: Each client is typically seen 4–6 hours per week Schedule created collaboratively with the client to support functional goals and real-life routines Ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility while maintaining meaningful, consistent patient relationships What You’ll Receive: Flexible Schedule Created by You – Balance autonomy with purposeful work.

Responsibilities

What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to) Performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, emotional and support needs of the patients and their families Sets measurable objectives that are formulated in conjunction with the rehab team Assists the physician and other health team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health problems Instructs/counsels’ patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional response connected with illnesses Participates in care coordination activities and acts as a resource to other health team members in the identification and resolution of patient needs Identifies and assists the patient and/or family to utilize appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives

Qualifications

What you’ll need: Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or acute diagnosis Current BLS (Basic Life Support) First Aid and CPR certification required Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. Salary Range

USD $60.00 - $70.00 / Hour

Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW licensure in the state of practice. Must have at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting for TBI, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnoses, along with BLS, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
