Dermatopathologist

Labcorp is seeking a Dermatopathologist to join our team in Tampa, FL. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (approx. 8a - 5p) Job Responsibilities Individual diagnostic evaluation and sign-out of dermatology specimens Assure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety guidelines/standards Accurate and timely evaluation of specimens tested Assures good laboratory practice (GLP) and compliance with applicable accrediting and regulatory agencies Provide expert consultation as needed with clients and staff, in person, by phone or electronically

Minimum Qualifications

Medical Degree from an accredited college/university Florida Licensed Physician with Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic & Clinical Pathology Subspecialty Training and Board Certification in Dermatopathology is required Additional Job Standards Experience in high volume hospital / large referral laboratory experience Organized and efficient problem solving and excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
