Provide professional case management and advocacy services for eligible children and adolescents. Coordinate all necessary services to meet client needs while working within an interdisciplinary team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a Master's degree, along with at least one year of experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Must be at least 18 years old and possess intermediate computer skills.
