Provide preventative, restorative, and emergency nursing care for children and young adults with disabilities. Ensure treatment plans are implemented and supervise third-shift employees to maintain resident well-being.
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid driver's license. Candidates must have no history of child or dependent adult abuse.
Mission Driven Work Full Coverage Health Insurance for only 1 Dollar per Month Time and a half Premium Pay on Weekends (without overtime required) 12 or 8 hour shifts. RN start wage: $41.91/hour + weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay) LPN start wage: $34.67/hour +weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay)
Nursing positions at Hills & Dales are unique; they generally do not require significant amount of lifting/positioning, as these duties are supported by direct support professionals. Hills & Dales support clients with complex medical circumstances. Nurses are tasked with really learning a resident's baseline to allow early signs of health change to be perceived quicky. Nurses support a high volume of mediation administration and health assessment oversight.
We are interested in adding capacity to our night team. Schedule options are available from 8-12hr shifts between 3-5 days a week. Part-time or PRN options may also be considered, but have a different benefit and compensation package.
